What are the shipping options available?

We provide standard shipping services within the KSA and international shipping services worldwide.

Will there be any shipping charges?

All orders will be shipped from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Here are the shipping charges:

Saudi Arabia: Free shipping above 250 SAR

United Arab Emirates: Free shipping above 400 SAR , Standard shipping: 45 SAR

Rest of GCC: Free shipping above 400 SAR , Standard shipping: 45 SAR

Rest of the world (Outside GCC): Free shipping above 800 SAR, Standard shipping: 80 SAR

In how many days will the ordered item be shipped?

We always try to deliver the ordered product on time. Usually, it takes 1-2 days, depending on the delivery partner and packaging.

What is the delivery range?

Once the order is confirmed, the team will prepare your order and the delivery could take up to 5-9 working days from the day of fulfillment for the safety of our customers and employees. We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this has caused.

Due to new procedures and safety policies, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners.

4AG is not responsible for any custom fees; the customer is liable for these charges.
