- We offer return services within 7 days of purchasing.
- Customers may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving their purchase
- You can exchange once for free, but if you exchange again, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.
- The item should be in new or unopened condition to return or exchange
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and dust bags.
- An image of the damaged product must be sent while requesting a return via email.
- We also require a receipt or other type of proof of purchase
- This excludes sale items and gift cards

To commence the return process, kindly contact us at email@example.com, providing your order number or a screenshot of the email confirmation. Our dedicated team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions and a shipping label for the return of the items.
Please note that the returned items must be received before we can proceed with the return or issue a refund. Once received, we will promptly dispatch the requested exchanged item to the customer. Our working hours are from Sunday - Thursday (9 AM - 4 PM).
Important Note: We offer a full refund for all full-priced items only. Refunds are not applicable on "Sale" items. Exchange and refund are not available during holidays.
Damages or issues
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and provide a quick resolution.
What are the conditions on which the return won’t be applicable?
- Items that are damaged, washed, or without tags, will not qualify to be returned. We have the right to refuse a refund.
- International orders must be returned at the customer's own cost. If you are in Saudi. returns are free of cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Accessories like caps or any headgear, necklace, bracelets, carpets, and socks are non-refundable. Please contact us with any questions or issues regarding your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you after inspecting whether the refund was approved or not. Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 14-25 days for your refund to reflect back into your account depending on the card type - once the item (s) have been received back to us.
