Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE
  • We allow 7 days exchange from the date the customer received the item.
  • 4AG must collect and receive the items first to process the requested exchange.
    Items must be returned within a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and dust bags. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, will NOT qualify to be exchange. *We have the right to refuse a exchange* 
  • You can only exchange one time. If you exchange on the second time, it must be returned at customer's own cost. 

REFUND
  • We allow a 3 days return FULL refund policy from the received date of of the item
  • We offer a full refund for all full priced items only. Refunds are not applicable on SALE items.
  • Items must be received first to process the Refund to the customer. 
    Items must be returned within a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and dust bags.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, will NOT qualify to be returned. *We have the right to refuse a refund*
  • Accessories like caps or any headgears, necklace, bracelets, carpets, socks are non-refundable. 
  • Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 14-25 days for your refund to appear back into your account depending on the card type - once the item (s) have been received back to us.

4AG EXCHANGE/REFUND is not available during holidays. 

International orders must be returned at customers own cost.
If you are in the Saudi returns are FREE.

Once you have e-mailed us we will arrange with you the convenient time and place for the items to be collected.
